Located in the center of historic La Quinta, this project is the second phase of a two‐story mixed‐used development. The two-story structures each contain a covered walkway connecting the two halves of each building.
Tenants on the main levels are typically retail in nature, while the second story is comprised of professional office space. The look is old‐world, with double-framed exteriors giving the appearance of thick adobe walls. The wood framing alone on this project exceeded $1.5 million. The exterior is also complemented by built‐up roofing with clay tile accents, decorative wrought iron on both faux and functional balconies, as well as courtyards with artwork and water features.
