Cost Plus World Market is located in La Quinta, California within the Washington Park Retail Center. This highly visible center has over 300,000 SF of new retail shops and majors. This building has a masonry exterior, wood framed, stucco and stone entrance, and the cost effective hybrid roof system.
The inside build out consists of steel stud framing, drywall, exposed ceilings, and the big box look with display racks, wall racks and modern style check stands. This is one of two Cost Plus stores that Primus is currently constructing in the Coachella Valley. The second store is in Palm Springs and part of a large major shopping center development. This facility, well out ahead of schedule, to date, has no change orders. KKE Architects has done a superb job on this project.
