Smoke Tree Commons consists of five (5) major tenants within a larger mixed use retail center by Donahue Schriber. Primus is constructing Linens N Things, Petco, Michaels, Cost Plus, and Jensen’s market. These buildings are a masonry structure, hybrid roof system, stucco, and textured cast in place concrete entrance.
The inside build out consists of steel stud framing, drywall, exposed ceilings, and the big box look with display racks, wall racks and modern style check stands. Michaels, Petco, and Linens N Things also have extensive tenant improvements. Cost Plus will finish out in similar fashion to the previously completed Cost Plus in La Quinta. Jensen’s market is a shell only. Scheduled turn over was March of 2008. The project completed on schedule and with only a hand full of change orders.
