Date Street Plaza is one of those infill strip centers in a mixed use neighborhood of retail, professional, and general office space. In order to be successful, this complex needed some real eye appeal. It is a stand out in appearance yet not obnoxious.
The 3 buildings flow together without a common wall using landscape and hardscape features that compliment the entire development. All three buildings were wood framed, have stucco and stone veneer exteriors and built up roofs. This site had tremendous site conditions to overcome but ultimately the efforts paid off and the center is open for business. Tenants are attracted to the facility due to the easy traffic flow and usable space inside each of the buildings. Completion was June 2008.
